License applications for water abstraction and diversion activities in the State of Perak

Important Information

All water abstraction and diversion activities require a license from LPSA Perak under the Water Resources Enactment (Perak) 2023. Applicants are required to comply with all regulations and conditions set forth.

Perak Water Resources (Abstraction and Diversion) Regulations 2025

These regulations contain the requirements and procedures for water abstraction and diversion license applications in the State of Perak.

Authority for setting new water charge rates according to usage category under subsection 47(1) of Enactment 18.
