Referring to subsections 94(2) and (4) of Enactment 18, the proposed direction for implementing the Perak Water Resources Enactment 2023 and the transition of regulatory powers to LPSA Perak will be done in phases, subject to current State Government policy and LPSA Perak readiness.
Implementation is divided into 3 main phases over a 10-year period
